Frontier Oil Company’s service plans are an easy way to keep your heating system operating at its best.  On an annual basis, one of our licensed technicians will thoroughly clean and check your heating system, assuring you of peak efficiency, economy, and comfort.  During the yearly check-up, ALL of the following services will be performed:
 

•   Test and adjust all oil burner controls
•   Check, clean, or replace fuel oil strainers, filters
•   Check and regulate fuel pump
•   Check nozzle assembly, replace nozzle.
•   Test and adjust ignition system
•   Vacuum clean furnace and smoke pipe to chimney, if  necessary
•   Lubricate motor bearings
•   Test – fire and adjust burner
•   Inspect oil tank
•   Perform efficiency test to insure maximum fuel economy

The plan provides Prompt, Professional service all year long. If a problem occurs with your heating system, Frontier Oil Company will repair, or if needed, replace any of the covered parts listed here, which may malfunction during normal use.

The deluxe service plan offers all the benefits of the basic plan, with the extra security of  parts and labor coverage for these additional components, including complete replacement of furnace or boiler, if needed

The basic or deluxe plan does not include service or replacement of any components or related labor not listed above, including, but not limited to:

 Air conditioning equipment, antifreeze, or systems charged with antifreeze, frozen pipes and frozen oil lines, handling or removal of asbestos or equipment containing asbestos, humidifiers, indirect fired water heaters, oil tanks, gauges, and supply lines, power venters and draft inducers, wood or coal add – on units and heat savers, the distribution system (ductwork, baseboard, radiators, etc).
  Not included in either plan is service required as a result of the customer’s negligence or misuse of the heating system, or inability to perform basic tasks such as setting thermostats properly, resetting circuit breakers, changing fuses, checking emergency switches, etc.
